Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("RSB") wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT transacted with the following related party pursuant to the existing shareholder mandate obtained on 9 May 2011, has exceeded the estimated value of the RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 15 April 2011 ("Circular"), by more than ten percent (10%). Further details are set out in the table below.
