The Board of Directors of Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("RSB") wishes to announce that the public shareholding spread as at 31 December 2006 was 35.63% in the hands of 2,749 public shareholders holding not less than 100 RSB shares each.


Thus, RSB has complied with the public shareholding spread requirements pursuant to Paragraph 8.15 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Listing Requirements.
