The Board of Directors of Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("RSB") wishes to announce that based on the Record of Depositors of RSB as at 30 June 2006, the public shareholding spread was 31.59% in the hands of 4,152 public shareholders holding not less than 100 RSB shares each.

Thus, the Company has complied with the public shareholding spread requirements pursuant to Paragraph 8.15 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Listing Requirements.
