Mr. Ling Tong Ung, the Chief Accountant of Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("RSAWIT") has expressed his intention to deal in securities of RSAWIT during closed period (prior to the announcement of the unaudited consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended 31 May 2006).


The announcement of the unaudited consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended 31 May 2006 is due to be announced by end of July 2006.

In accordance to Paragraph 14.08 of Bursa Malaysia Securities Listing Requirements, Mr. Ling Tong Ung shall be furnishing details of the transaction(s) in due course.

The current shareholdings of Mr. Ling Tong Ung in RSAWIT is as follows :-
