Further to the Announcements, Rimbunan Sawit Bhd wishes to announce that Lumiera has on 1 September 2020 received the remaining balance of Purchase Price amounting to Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Nine Million One Hundred and Nineteen Thousand (RM29,119,000.00) from Biogreen. Hence, the Proposed Disposal is completed on 1 September 2020.
