Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of RSAWIT wishes to announce that the Company’s external auditors, Messrs Crowe Malaysia PLT, have included a statement of material uncertainty relating to going concern in its Independent Auditors’ Report dated 27 April 2021, in respect of the Group’s financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.
