Further to the announcement made on 27 June 2022, Rimbunan Sawit Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that Topline Synergy Sdn. Bhd. (“TSSB”) [Registration No.: 201601041573 (1212515-V)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, held its final meeting for members voluntary winding-up on 26 June 2023.

The Return by Liquidator Relating for Final Meeting was lodged on 26 June 2023 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months after the said lodgement date, TSSB will be fully dissolved.
