Winding Up / Receiver & Manager / Restraining Order / Special Administrator

Further to the announcement made on 6 July 2022, Rimbunan Sawit Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that Burung Tiong Helicopter Sdn. Bhd. (“BTHSB”) [Registration No.: 200401024214 (662720-K)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, held its final meeting for members voluntary winding-up on 5 July 2023.

The Return by Liquidator Relating for Final Meeting was lodged on 5 July 2023 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months after the said lodgement date, BTHSB will be fully dissolved.
