The Board wishes to announce that TTSH has fully paid the Disposal Consideration to RSB in the manner set out in the SSA.
Pursuant to the full payment of the Disposal Consideration, the Sale Shares have been transferred by RSB to TTSH, and accordingly, the Proposed BEO Disposal has been completed today in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSA.
