Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 23 January 2014 acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the share capital of Sibu Garden And Leisure (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("SGLMSB"), at a total cash consideration of RM77.98. Subsequent to the acquisition of the said shares, SGLMSB became a 100% owned subsidiary of the Company. The principal activities of SGLMSB are wholesaling and retailing of agricultural fertilizers for operation of oil palm plantations.
