(Unless otherwise stated, definitions or terms used herein shall have the same meanings as that provided in RSB’s announcements dated 19 January 2011, 25 January 2011 and 10 June 2011) We refer to RSB’s announcements dated 19 January 2011, 25 January 2011, 10 June 2011 and 14 September 2011 in relation to the Proposed Biawak Acquisition and Proposed Lubuk Tiara Disposal (as defined therein).On behalf of the Board of Directors of RSB, MIMB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Proposed Biawak Acquisition and Proposed Lubuk Tiara Disposal have been completed on 19 September 2011. Accordingly, Lubuk Tiara has ceased to be a subsidiary of RSB. This announcement is dated 19 September 2011. |
