LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 62552 OF 2011

Renounceable rights issue of up to 490,689,354 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Rimbunan Sawit Berhad (“RSB”) (“Rights Shares”) on the basis of 3 Rights Shares for every 1 existing ordinary share of RM0.50 each held in RSB at 5.00 p.m. on 26 September 2011, at an issue price of RM0.80 per Rights Share (“Rights Issue”).

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Rights Issue" ]
as from : [ 22 September 2011 ]

2) The last date of lodgement : [ 26 September 2011 ]

3) Retention Money : Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned :-

a) Selling Broker to deduct [ 3/4 ] , of the Selling Price against the Selling Client.

b) Buying Broker to deduct [ 10% ] of the Purchase Price against the Buying Client.

c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of [ 3/4 ] of the Transacted Price is applicable.
