On behalf of the Board of Directors of RSB, we wish to announce that the Company will convene an EGM to be held at Function Room, 1st Floor, No. 41-42, Pusat Suria Permata, Jalan Upper Lanang, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak on Monday, 9 May 2011 at 12.00 p.m. or immediately after the conclusion or adjournment (as the case may be) of the Company’s sixth (6th) annual general meeting (which will be held at the same venue on the same day at 11.30 a.m.), whichever is earlier, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, passing the relevant resolution as set out in the attached notice of EGM. This announcement is dated 19 April 2011. |
