Rimbunan Sawit Berhad (“RSB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT transacted with PJP Pelita Long Lama Plantation Sdn Bhd pursuant to the existing shareholder mandate obtained on 10 February 2010, has exceeded the estimated value of the RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 19 January 2010 ("Circular"), by more than ten percent (10%).
