We refer to the announcements dated 2 February 2011 and 2 March 2011 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of RSB, we wish to announce that the Company had on 4 April 2011 received the approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (via its letter dated 1 April 2011) for the listing of and quotation for the new RSB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Acquisitions.
