On behalf of the Board of Directors of RSB, MIMB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the 28,331,400 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in RSB (“Consideration Shares”) have been fully issued and allotted to the respective Vendors in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions. The 28,331,400 Consideration Shares have been listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 8 October 2010. This announcement is dated 8 October 2010. |
