Subject	RIMBUNAN SAWIT BERHAD (“RSB” OR THE “COMPANY”) PROPOSED ACQUISITIONS & PROPOSED M&A AMENDMENTS
Contents	(Unless otherwise stated, definitions or terms used herein shall have the same meanings as that provided in the announcement of RSB dated 30 December 2009) We refer to the announcements dated 30 December 2009, 16 April 2010, 23 July 2010 and 20 August 2010 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions and Proposed M&A Amendments. On behalf of the Board of Directors of RSB, we are pleased to announce that the Share Sale Agreements dated 30 December 2009 (“SSAs”) have been completed on 15 September 2010 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective SSAs, notwithstanding that the satisfaction of the Purchase Price by the issuance of the Consideration Shares and the ICPS by the Purchaser to the respective Vendors, and the listing of and quotation for the Consideration Shares will take place within 30 days thereof. This announcement is dated 15 September 2010.
