Rimbunan Sawit Berhad (“RSB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT transacted with Palmgroup Palm Oil Mill Sdn. Bhd. (“PPOM”) pursuant to the existing shareholder mandate obtained on 18 June 2014, has exceeded the estimated value of the RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 27 May 2014 ("Circular"), by more than ten percent (10%). Further details are set out in the table below.
