Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has received notification dated 7 August 2015 from the Managing Director, Mr. Tiong Chiong Ong of his intention to deal in the listed securities of the Company during the closed period in connection with the expected release of the Company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2015.
