Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 4 February 2016 acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the share capital of Rakantama Sdn. Bhd. ("RTSB"), for a total cash consideration of RM200. Subsequent to the acquisition of the said shares, RTSB became a 100% owned subsidiary of the Company. RTSB is currently a dormant company and its intended principal activity is insurance agency services.
