Rimbunan Sawit Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 3 January 2017 acquired the entire issued and paid up capital of Topline Synergy Sdn. Bhd. (“TSSB”) comprising two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. Thereby, TSSB became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. TSSB is currently a dormant company and its intended principal business activity is general trading and services.
