On behalf of the Board of RSB, Maybank IB wishes to announce that RSB Lundu has entered into a supplemental agreement with R H Lundu (“Supplemental Lundu Acquisition SPA”) for purposes of including four (4) motor vehicles (“Motor Vehicles”) as part of the Plantation Assets today. The Motor Vehicles are currently owned and used by R H Lundu for the operations of the Lundu Oil Mill. For avoidance of doubt, there is no change to the Purchase Consideration of Lundu.

The Supplemental Lundu Acquisition SPA is available for inspection at the registered office of RSB at North Wing, Menara Rimbunan Hijau, 101, Pusat Suria Permata, Jalan Upper Lanang, 96000, Sibu, Sarawak during normal business hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this Announcement.
