(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company’s circular dated 10 July 2017 in relation to the Proposals)

On behalf of the Board of RSB, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the following had been executed by the respective parties to extend for a further 12-months period from 22 February 2018 until 21 February 2019 to fulfill the conditions precedent set out in the following agreements:

(i) letter dated 21 February 2018 between the Company and TMSB for the Simunjan Agreement;

(ii) letter dated 21 February 2018 between RSB Lundu and R H Lundu for the Lundu Acquisition SPA; and

(iii) letter dated 21 February 2018 between the Company and SHSB Vendors for the SSA.

(collectively referred to as “Extension Letters”)

The Extension Letters are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at North Wing, Menara Rimbunan Hijau, 101, Pusat Suria Permata, Jalan Upper Lanang, 96000, Sibu, Sarawak during normal business office hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this Announcement.
