On behalf of the Board of RSB, Maybank IB wishes to announce that RSB Lundu has today entered into a supplemental agreement (“Supplemental SPA”) with RH Lundu, being the vendor for the Proposed Lundu Acquisition, to amend and vary certain terms of the Lundu Acquisition SPA (as amended and varied by the first supplemental agreement dated 28 March 2017) ("Variations").
