The Board of Directors of Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("RSB") wishes to announce that RSB has applied and been granted by the Companies Commission of Malaysia an extension of time of up to 28 September 2020 to hold its 15th Annual General Meeting ("15th AGM"). 

The Board of Directors of RSB will determine the appropriate date to hold the 15th AGM and make the necessary announcement on the notice of the 15th AGM in due course.
