Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of the members for the renewal of and new shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the Annual General Meeting to be convened at a later date.
