Further to the Announcement, Rimbunan Sawit Bhd wishes to announce that Woodijaya Sdn Bhd has on 5 October 2020 received the remaining balance of Purchase Price amounting to Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Eight Million Four Hundred and Ten Thousand (RM38,410,000.00) from Muzana Plantation JV Sdn Bhd. Hence, the Proposed Disposal is completed on 5 October 2020.
