We refer to the Company’s previous announcements, the latest dated 23 October 2020 in relation to the SHSB Acquisition.
On behalf of the Board of RSB, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the repayment of the Advance to Tiong Toh Siong & Sons Sdn Bhd, has been made on 1 December 2020. Following this, the post-completion obligation of RSB, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSA and the various extensions of time granted by Tiong Toh Siong & Sons Sdn Bhd, has been completed today.
