Proposed Renewal Of Shareholders' Mandate For Recurrent Related Party Transactions Of A Revenue Or Trading Nature (RRPT)

Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of the shareholders for the renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the Annual General Meeting to be convened at a later date.

The Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
