We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 21 December 2023, 21 February 2024, 21 March 2024, 8 April 2024 and 20 May 2024 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 22 March 2024 ("Circular") in relation to the Disposals. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements and the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Disposals have been completed today following the receipt of the payment of the total balance disposal consideration by the Vendors from MSBPSB in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CSPAs.
