The Board of Directors of Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("RSB") wishes to announce that RSB had on 17 December 2024, entered into a share sale agreement with Tiong Toh Siong Holdings Sdn. Bhd. to dispose of 5,000,000 ordinary shares in Borneo Edible Oils Sdn. Bhd. ("BEO"), representing 6.25% of the entire issued share capital in BEO, for a total cash consideration of RM2,410,000.00 ("Proposed BEO Disposal").
