Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of the shareholders for the renewal of and new shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the 20th Annual General Meeting to be convened at a later date.

The Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
