The Board of Directors of Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("RSB") wishes to announce that Sastat Holdings Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of RSB, had on 13 January 2026 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Trinity Capital Resources Sdn. Bhd., to dispose of a parcel of land situated at Batang Baram, Baram in the Miri division of Sarawak measuring approximately 1,504 hectares and described as Lot 205 Teraja Land District for a cash consideration of RM28.0 million.
