Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 2 July 2012 acquired two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the share capital of RSB Palm Oil Mill Sdn. Bhd. ("RPOM"), at a total cash consideration of RM2.00. Subsequent to the acquisition of the said shares, RPOM became a 100% owned subsidiary of the Company. RPOM is currently a dormant company and its intended principal activity is operation of palm oil mill.
