(Unless otherwise stated, definitions or terms used herein shall have the same meanings as that provided in the announcement dated 3 June 2011) We refer to the announcements dated 3 June 2011, 25 July 2011, 4 August 2011, 10 August 2011, 12 August 2011 and 22 August 2011. On behalf of the Board of Directors of RSB, MIMB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent as stipulated in the SPA dated 3 June 2011 have been fulfilled and thus the Acquisition is deemed completed on 30 December 2011.
