(Unless otherwise stated, definitions or terms used herein shall have the same meanings as that provided in the announcement of RSB dated 2 February 2011) We refer to the announcements dated 2 February 2011, 4 April 2011, 9 May 2011 and 27 May 2011 in relation to the Acquisitions. On behalf of the Board of Directors of RSB, MIMB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the 6,964,918 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in RSB (“Consideration Shares”) have been fully issued and allotted to SFS in relation to the Acquisitions. The 6,964,918 Consideration Shares have been listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 May 2011. This announcement is dated 30 May 2011. |
