Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has received notification dated 20 October 2015 from the Executive Director, Diong Hiew King @ Tiong Hiew King of his intention to deal in the listed securities of the Company during the closed period in connection with the expected release of the Company’s unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended 30 September 2015.
