Further to the announcement made on 7 June 2016, Rimbunan Sawit Berhad ("RSB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Midas Plantation Sdn. Bhd. ("MPSB") (Company No.: 671956-A), a wholly- owned subsidiary of the Company, had held its final meeting for members voluntary winding-up on 28 May 2017.

The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged on 29 May 2017 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months after the said lodgement date, MPSB will be fully dissolved.
