(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company’s circular dated 10 July 2017)

On behalf of the Board of RSB, Maybank IB wishes to announce that RSB, PAA, TSL and Tan Sri Tiong have mutually agreed to extend the period for repayment of the Advance by a further period of three (3) months from 25 October 2020 to 24 January 2021 (“Extension”). The repayment of the Advance by RSB to Tiong Toh Siong & Sons Sdn Bhd (“TTSS”) on behalf of SHSB, is the post-completion obligation of RSB, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSA. TTSS has also agreed to the Extension and it shall not demand for payment or charge any interest during this period.

The letter of Extension is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at North Wing, Menara Rimbunan Hijau, 101, Pusat Suria Permata, Jalan Upper Lanang, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia during normal business hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this Announcement.
